Y. Argyrides & Associates LLC, a law firm based in Larnaca, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Senior Lawyer:
Responsibilities
- Full handling of Court appearances and hearings.
- Drafting of documents (i.e. pleadings, applications, interlocutory injunctions, submissions).
- Managing the litigation department of the firm.
- Advice clients with structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents, especially in the fields of conveyancing and inheritance law.
- Preparation of legal opinions and undertaking of research.
- Handling client meetings or provide support at such meetings.
Qualifications – Skills
- Law Degree.
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least 5 years’ litigation experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
